John Kerry Obama Fundraising Letter

When I was the Democratic nominee for president in one of the closest and toughest elections in history, a group of billionaires did something unprecedented:

They wrote million-dollar checks to fund lies about my service on what were called "Swift Boats" in Vietnam -- and in so doing, they turned the boats my crewmates and I served on into a new political shorthand for the most vicious smears imaginable: "swiftboating."

I wish like hell that the term was retired from the American political lexicon, and returned to its real meaning.

But guess what: Bob Perry, the deep-pocketed funder of the "Swift Boat Veterans for Truth," just gave $3 million to Mitt Romney's Super PAC.

I know all too clearly that these guys will do or say anything to win. They'll stop at nothing. But forewarned is forearmed. Their multi-million dollar smear tactics were new in 2004; in 2012 we know their playbook, and shame on us if we don't tear it into shreds. Join me and we will stop the "swiftboating" of President Obama.

It takes someone with no shame and a lot of money to get the public to believe a total lie.

But why do we continue to let the libtard media define the language?

McCarthyism is a derisive term used to imply an unfair persecution of innocents, when it should more accurately mean a valid search for the truth from the guilty.

McCarthy was RIGHT. There WERE communists in Hollywood and we are seeing the results of their propaganda now.

John Kerry is a liar. The people who he says performed "swiftboating" on him told the truth.

On a 'swiftboat' in VietNam he was a coward who ran away and dumped one of his men overboard, who had to be rescued while still under fire by another boat, greatly increasing the risk to their lives.

He got of the boat and shot an unarmed teenage boy in the back.

Rules say you should NEVER get off the boat for many reasons- because the boat becomes a sitting target. They cannot leave because you are on shore- they cannot fire towards the shore because you are there, so the enemy can fire at them from the shore without worry about return fire.

He applied for 3 Purple Heart awards for scratches that the doctors own reports say were treated with a band-aid.

He was sent home after 3 MONTHS of service with the appraisal of "UNFIT FOR COMMAND", and then testified (lied) to Congress that he participatd in atrocities committed by our troops, such as killing innocent people and burning villages.

A large part of the anti-vietnam sentiment against our soldiers is a direct result of his testimony. The liberal media played it up for decades.

It was ONLY thanks to the modern internet and Fox News and Rush that we finally learned the truth about him.

He promised he would release his records and then lied and said he did, when in fact he only released them to one sympathetic media whorenalist who did not share any of the information

John Carry is not a 'victim' of swiftboating in any way other then it exposed the truth about him, and now the coward has the gall to call those honorable men liars
