Considering how big the bill is, it’s not that surprising. It would take six months just to read it, a hell of a lot longer to analyze it.

"It only took them two years? No one said they were done ... though they do have at least one Justice on the Supreme Court who would probably entertain a constitutional challenge to being made to read it all.
