We tried to warn those who blindly went for him. We warned them that he could not win the nomination or the general, and that he would just split the vote and guarantee a Romney win.

Well guess what? Hello Reality!

Hello there, after Florida Gingrich was behind Santorum for good, ergo Gingrich is the one splitting the vote.

I don’t think anybody blindly went for Santorum. They just liked him better as the anti-Romney than they did Newt.

Face it, we can’t make people like Newt. I like him but he’s basically given up and Santorum’s fading so I guess we’ll have to like Romney.

Despite your warnings, Santorum could still force an oc if we support him. An open convention is our last shot at a decent candidate and we should do everything in our power to get there.
