They are not “immigrants” if they are in this country illegally. They are invaders.

As with almost anything, follow the money. Money is the root of all evil and even churches will follow down an evil road. We’ve been warned from Biblical times, just still will not listen to HIS voice.
They are, in fact, immigrants, just not legal ones. They have emigrated from Mexico and have immigrated to the USA. It is misleading, though, to speak of immigrants without qualifying what their legal status is when discussing whether or not they might be deported or “taken.” But the press and the rest of the Left want to scare the legal immigrants that they will be deported, too, and that the animus is against them also.
Yes. I really do understand that. But the title is probably false: the town's "immigrants" don't pray the bill will die, the town's illegal immigrants probably do.
If they are illegal aliens they are not immigrants.
That is the distinction that an honest reporter would make. However, more and more of the legal immigrants are feeling threatened because of what the Left implies with its use of language because they are being lumped in with the illegals.
The title isn’t quite false, but it is misleading and does imply something that is not true.

The LAURA TILLMAN of the Associated Press names the Catholic Charities in an attempt at social engineering since Christian religions are in disfavor these days while the media promotes Islam.
Laura, the proper term for the politically correct term of “illegal immigrants” is illegal aliens.
This sentence doesn’t give what else they would prefer. “Immigrant advocates mostly suggest they pray the bill does not become law. “
I wonder what effect the “estimated 45,000 illegal” aliens in Mississippi have on the state budget. I am certain that removing the “20 members of their extended family “ from the community would only further proper observance of the laws thereby benefiting all.

The name moonshinner_09 appears to be an attempt to gain another year of seniority since he joined FR in Nov 20, 2010.I tell you what Graybeard 58, it sure does not seem like it’s almost 2 years .Time really goes by but so quickly.You know in close to 2 years , posting of about illegal immigration , Obama sure has changed illegal immigration,so it is far more easier for illegals to come here and remain here .This is the case not only in Calif, but in other in states as well. The only help Obama gives states who wish to address the many,many problems illegal immigration is having, within their state. Obama sends lawyers to dispute the states role in passing laws to address illegal immigration, instead of sending help. Calif is another state that has severe budject deficits. But still Calif manages to find funds to offer illegals in state tuition and let us not forget the police in LA Calif are told not to impound cars driven by illegals, if not driving drunk,instead the police are told to remain there, allowing the illegal phone a friend who has a license and can drive the car home? Last I read, police are suppose to stay with said illegal driving without licence and allow up to 45 minutes to past for the illegal to find a licence driver who can drive the car home. LA Calif is doing everything within it’s power to be classified as a 3rd world state/ . Just how is Calif able to always find money to help illegals and at the same time Calif is cutting off services designed to help legal citizens.
