Yeah. That’s it. I was a lousy ProsecutorWell, you haven't presented anything factual to back up your opinion. I always thought the prosecutor was the one who had to prove the guilt of the defendant.
Also, have you factored in legal changes such as Stand Your Ground in making your determination?
