Last year, Governor Brewer vetoed a similar bill because she was concerned that it gave too much power to Arizona's Secretary of State to judge the qualifications of all candidates who file to run for office, not simply the President.

Jan was SOS when b0z0 ran and doesn't want to be held responsible or accountable for certifying him. I emailed and called her office back then to ask what the qualifications were to place him on the ballot. Don't even ask me what the answer was. You know.
