That sounds like another “false but accurate” propaganda hit by the MSM. Isn’t this sort of thing frowned upon by the FTC? This is no error. It sounds like it was done purposefully in order to deceive...basically a FRAUD.

FTC doesn't care, the media isn't advertising a product, and it cannot promise truth.

You can file letters with your local station. These are reviewed by the FCC at re-licensing time. Explain why you thing the station should lose its license. It has a duty to operate for the public good. Or, just turn them off. They need viewers to survive as a business.
