The best possible outcome to this entire fiasco would be for a Democrat appointed judge to throw out all charges on the basis that extensive pre-trial publicity and manufactured evidence would make a fair trial for Zimmerman impossible anywhere in America. The judge could then suggest that the organized mobs direct their rage at the media responsible for the situation, starting with NBC.

I'd say the best outcome would be if Zimmerman won some very lucrative lawsuits against media and racists organizations.

There haven't been any charges yet, so there is nothing for a judge to throw out.

I'm hoping the investigator puts together an evidentiary package for the media, and makes it all publicly available so the public can view it without going through the media; explains how the evidence (100% of the witnesses, etc.) shows that Trayvon was the instigator. Ridicules the press for getting the story all wrong, and refuses to take questions on the basis that the press is untrustworthy, and a menace to society.
