Did Justice Kagan leak the SCOTUS decision to Obama? I won’t hold my breath waiting on any investigation (even though NSA probably knows.)
I’m guessing that last Friday the justices voted to tear up the whole thing... Obama must be going NUTS trying to figure out what exactly they will be saying when they get around to publishing the opinion. I’m hoping that the Supreme Court will do their job and defend the Constitution and the People against this tyrant. Obama could go the route that President Jackson went I suppose - then again, I doubt Obama has enough loyalty within the DoD to attempt to enforce the law.
Seriously though, what in the world is Obama threatening to do if SCOTUS *dares* to do their job? I hope someone has asked that question of him...
Obama - if SCOTUS strikes down Obamacare (like you know they SHOULD) exactly what ARE you threatening to do? WHAT can you do as President to bypass them? Call in the military and do what? Force people at gunpoint to sign up for the program? EXACTLY WHAT is the plan if Obama doesn’t get his way?
Frankly, I’m sick of the charade that is Obama and this administration and ALL of their comrades in crime in various parts of society - if Obama think he can turn the US into Kenya like his Uncle he is sorely mistaken...
Since when does a president lobby the SCOTIS. They are independent branches. I hope they send his letter back saying that they will not consider it.
Grrr.
Wonder how dear leader will react if the Supreme Court goes against him. We all know how FDR handled rejection.

As a people we're in great danger now because Obama is pathological.....and to me there are indications he's losing it. Many things actually are not going his way.....and how he is reacting must bear close scrutiny. We have to hold our breaths for the next seven months, that's for sure. He's going to reach far and we can only pray that his reach exceeds his grasp.

getting away with that too. Impeachment is option 1. Three good generals is option 2.
If after this threat the USSC upholds this law, then America has officially become a dictatorial banana republic.
If you notice Obama labeled Ryan’s budget a “trojan horse”. This is an effort marginalize/negate language. I’m rubber, your glue, whatever you say... (you get the idea) These are the linguistic parlor games of the left targeted at his pea brained base.
