John Marshall created the rule that the Supreme Court has the final say on whether a law is constitutional or not...but he clearly meant there to be an unwritten proviso "unless there is a really brilliant President in the White House, in which case he will decide."
Doesn’t his oath of office compel him to uphold and defend the laws of our nation?
And, until the law is changed and in violation of his oath, is his refusal to uphold and defend the laws of our nation an impeachable offense?
