Doesn’t the Pretender-in-Chief understand that he has no standing or authority over the Supreme Court?
FDR packed the court in the 30’s after failing in his try to expand the number of justices.
FDR tried to by appointing 3 more judges to the court, but even the Speaker of the House(DEM) was appalled. I had to laugh when Bush 43 was accused by the Democraps of “packing the court” ,when he was only exercising his right to fill a vacancy.
Since when does a president lobby the SCOTIS. They are independent branches. I hope they send his letter back saying that they will not consider it.

Sorry and thanks for the correction. It is Breyer I am thinking of. There’s probably not much chance he will join Roberts, Scalia, Thomas, Alito and Kennedy. I don’t see any of the women voting to uphold the Constitution.
“Worried” implies he doesn’t know the outcome, that Elena didn’t tell him the results of the initial vote.
I’m guessing it’s 6-3 against him, and he’s mad and trying to intimidate them before the release of the verdict in June.
