I thought the allowing strip searching was related to a persom being detained in jail, unrelated to the charge. In order to have some degree of safety in the jails, everyone has to be searched. It is not pleasant, but it is a fact of being put in jail.
strip searches are required for all to prevent introduction of contraband. Your liberal state of mind is as usual harmful to society while protecting psuedo rights of criminals.
