FDR tried to rewrite the USC. Its fascinating history worth Binging. Obama, and comrads, are attempting to do the same. Only they are not putting a new constitution in writing.

No need. Instead, they're simply engaging in parallel processing. There are two separate programs running at the same time: The Rule of Law, which operates under the Constitution, and the Rule of Obama, which ignores and/or deliberately undermines any laws not to his taste. He is gradually working toward his ultimate goal, which is to take the Rule of Law permanently off-line.
