I worked in a university Registrar’s Office for a long time and although transcripts of courses and grades could not be released to third parties, dates of enrollment and degree information COULD - to anyone who asked for it, UNLESS the student put themselves in a sort of “witness protection” status. They usually didn’t do that, because they needed employers to be able to call and verify the degree. But maybe Obama’s executive order to seal his records included even this information. If not, anyone should be able to contact the Registrar there and get a certified letter of enrollment/verification of degree.
