Russian lawmakers have submitted a bill that would impose fines for spreading gay "propaganda" among minors, setting up a tolerance test for the Kremlin-controlled parliament ahead of Vladimir Putin's inauguration as president.
The bill echoes local laws whose adoption in cities including St. Petersburg has drawn an outcry from human rights and gay activists, who say they could be used to clamp down on the gay community.
It would impose fines of up to 5,000 roubles ($170) on individuals and up to 500,000 roubles ($17,000) on companies for spreading "propaganda of homosexualism" among minors.
Critics say that while ostensibly targeting such actions as the distribution of pornography to children, the broad wording of the laws means they could be used to ban gay rights demonstrations.

Moral absolutes, PING. They've come for your children.
The Eastern Bloc countries always did have the better looking women.
I applaud them. They are just trying to keep from sinking to our level of degradation.
We need to get every Gay Rights Activist together right now and get them on planes to Moscow! ASAP! All of them! Nothing less will do the trick.
Who's with me on this?
The old Soviet communists are perfectly aware of the effects of this on a society at large...which is precisely why they promoted it here from behind the scenes.
Who's with me on this?”
Meeeee!!! Ha Ha Ha. I think also that a special presidential team also needs to be sent, let by Valerie Jarrett. Maybe Putin can organize a special sub-Arctic vacation for them all.
On a more serious side, we will be doomed if we don't acknowledge, like the Russians do, the very grave danger the Gay agenda poses to our society. They don't want acceptance, they want the overthrow of any decent system of belief that makes them feel discriminated against. They will do their best to undermine religion, childhood innocence and free speech in order to further their own unnatural aims. I say find an Island somewhere and let them all set up their own community, with no recourse to adoption or artificial insemination of any sort. That should solve the problem within a few decades.
