No. Everyone gave Romney the nomination early on when they wouldn't get behind Newt or one solid candidate. If Newt got out now, not only would he give the nomination to Romney but also the platform. Not good.
For instance in Maryland, give all of Newt's support to Santorum and Santorum still loses badly. It's not even reasonable to say all of Newt's support would go one way or the other. At best half of Newt's suppport would got Santorum and the other half to Romney. Thus he still loses WI. It Newt is fighting for the platform. If anyone is fighting for ego at this point it is Santo. Newt is fighting for bold, conservatism and is taking it all the way to Tampa.

This is all such folly. First of all.....who will actually vote for Romney if he is the Nom? Major voting blocks will avoid him. Obama is in for another 4, most assuredly.
