Very good! What I can't figure out is it just Obama arrogance or stupidity? I mean he basically said the most idiotic thing you could say, plus calling the SCOTUS out in his SOTU.
The only thing I can figure is he lost the whole thing and this is just an accuse to use when the ruling comes down so he can still "think" the stupid thing was constitutional.

He didn’t purposely sabotage his chances, likely he just caved to angry impulse and lashed out at the SCOTUS without thinking it through. He is very thin skinned.
