If there were any lingering doubts that Hussein is a Marxist, that statement dispels them.
Only Marxists claim that limited government equates to “Darwinism”.

Basically, he’s saying that not having the
“Really Smart People” FORCING “fair” outcomes,
all we’ve got left is survival of the fittest and meanest.
Only arrogance accompanied by lifelong indoctrination would come to this conclusion.

The funny thing is I don't regard "Social Darwinism" as an insult or a pejorative. We could do with a lot more Social Darwinism; it is absurd to label the Ryan budget thus.
I was in a discussion on another board (affiliated with my liberal-leaning alma mater, UNC), and one poster, demonstrating that some conservatism exists among UNC alums, phrased the "Social Darwinism" statement by Obama thus:
Did Obama seriously put Social Darwinism and the American Dream at odds? They're the same damn thing.
The American Dream is not that incompetent, lazy people can make it big.
Very well put, I thought.
