You are exactly right on this because Blacks have a much shorter life expectancy. A far lower % of Blacks live to collect social security than Whites, so it would follow that Whites consume a proportionately larger % of medi-care dollars as well.

The leftists have telegraphed their sentiments in this regard for years. Each time census data is rapturously touted as evidence that the nation's demographics are changing, every time a la Raza type talks about their people being our 'future', every time some talking head refers to an area being 'predominately white' as if theres something wrong with that.
