How Obama Can, and Possibly Will, Lose in November (Vanity)

I so tire of hearing people say: "I'm not voting for him, but I think Obama's going to be reelected". They cite his prediction of raising a $1 Billion Campaign Warchest. But, that is not even a sure thing. His fundraising, as was recently reported, is lagging far behind what they expected to have at this juncture. In addition to that, here are some other reasons why Obama can lose in November:

#1. The Black vote will be the same percentage, but not the same number. The new has worn off; the novelty is gone. And, many in the Black Community are disappointed in him because he has not delivered for the Brothas like they thought he would. No house, no free car, no free gasoline...... They will not clear out of the jail houses, HO houses and crack houses to vote for Obama in '12 like they did in '08.

#2. The Hispanic vote will be less than in '08. He has done NOTHING about Comprehensive Immigragtion Reform as he promised as candidate Obama in '08 and has really done NOTHING for the Hispanic community.

#3. The enthusiasm, even from the Ultra-Libs, is not what it was in '08. We are still in Iraq and Afghanistan and Americans are still dying there. GITMO is still open; not closed as he promised and he really has no victories for Liberal causes on which to hang his laurels. And if ObamaCare is thrown out by the Supremes, watch for the fecal material from the Left, to hit the proverbial fan.

#4. The youth vote will NOT be in '12 what it was in '08. They're out of College now and can't find a job. They will not turn out for Obama in '12. Because they are disappointed and disillusioned, they might sit out 2012. Among those who do vote, I look for the GOP to win in this demographic in November. And let's not forget those UNEMPLOYMENT numbers affecting every demographic category.

#5. And finally, SOMETHING MANY HAVE FORGOTTEN: The pundits on both sides predict this will be a very close Election. Many people have forgotten that since the '08 Election, we had a Census. As a result of the 2010 Census, the Blue States lost 11 Electoral Votes and the Red States gained a net 11 Electoral Votes. Take 11 EVs from Obama and add 11 EVs to the Pubbie, that's a 22 EV difference. In a close Election, that's a chunk.

So, even if Romney is the GOP nominee, there will be more Obama supporters sitting this one out than there will be Ultra-Conservatives who will not vote for Romney and will vote for down-ballot races only. So, don't throw in the towel on the Prez race. BUT......

IMO, it is just as, or more, important for us to regain the Senate and keep the House. That will stop Obama's Marxist agenda in it's tracks and possibly save this great nation.

I just think we are going to see a campaign the likes of which we have never seen before. It will look like it came out of the movie Idiocracy and the people will lap it up. I wouldn’t even be surprised if you have the general election debates done in an American Idol style format with people calling in to vote, fan clubs, half time music, and cheering crowds. \

How do you see Obama getting past the many new State laws which require presidential candidates to prove their natural born status in order to be in the ticket in those States?

"...given the GOP-E are also socialists now..."

Sad that the choices that we the people have is socialism by and for the unions and unwashed masses or socialism by and for the global corporatists. Just damn.

Don't worry, I have not counted Romney out. My local Mormon is obsessed (that word hardly describes it) with the idea of a Mormon POTUS. He knows and says that Romney is no conservative, but sorta hopes he will magically turn conservative. No doubt Romney will put up a fight unlike rollover McCain who rushed back to DC to vote for TARP (and for all that effort only got 1/2 of what Goldman Sachs gave to Obama).

I know the times we live in, a country full of stupid voters who will be swayed by campaign commercials. Our real chance for keeping the House is if everyone stays home on election day.

Oh my; the very thought of him being kept off of some State ballots thrills me. I know some States are working on this angle, but have any actually passed a Law? Please let me know. I don't think it's official in any State. I could be wrong. If I am, let me know.
