Very simple solution to this. She is given 24 hours to produce that ticket, or the winnings will go to others who hold the winners. Not sure what the problem is here.

It says right on the ticket that winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize. Prudent jackpot winners take the time to retain lawyers and financial advisors before they cash in.
