I think this is a CYA move. She knows its been leaked and by doing this she distances herself from the leak.
I wonder if it is an impeachable offense to pre-maturely leak information from the Supreme Court.
Of course, that implies that an impeachable act would actually lead to an impeachment. It wouldn’t.
