"5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Jerry Smith questioned President Barack Obama's remarks this week about an 'unelected' court . . . [and] asked the Justice Department for a three-page, single-spaced letter affirming the federal court's authority."
The judge ordered that the response make "specific reference" to the President's remarks. The judge knows that clown in the White House.
If there is to be civil war let the professionals handle it (our military and law enforcement vs. ? Obama, Rat Party, Commies, Islamists, aged 1960s Marxist campus spoiled brats and their bratty ideological issue . . . ? ) and let's get it over with.
Remember.. the jerk declared the Senate to not be in session and made appointment w/o Senate approval. I don't remember that the Rat-controlled Senate objected.
I couldn’t make too much sense of what Savage said the last 3 minutes of Hour 2 today (4:57PM Pacific.) Did he say Teddy died, or was he lamenting the day Teddy might pass away and he’d like to have him stuffed for memory?
Meanwhile, I looked on his site for Teddy and saw he posted pictures of his birthday party. I think that red-haired guy is his son who chairs the Rockstar Drink company.
Also, that microphone coming out of his cake looks edible.
