Good grief... does the Klan even use that archaic slur anymore? My younger brother same age as Zimmerman said he only knows and remembers it from "old books from school". It's not like kids that age don't use racial terms but not that one.

Maybe Mark Levin's Landmark Foundation could take a look. Maybe they wouldn't want to actively be in the mix, but if this case balloons, I'd sure like to know his legal opinions.
