Chavez (is in) Havana. where he will continue radiation therapy he began a week ago. The return of Chavez to Cuba on Saturday came 72 hours after he had jetted back to Caracas after being on the island {Cuba) for five days to undergo the first radiation sessions.

I have no information on the capability of the medicos in Cuba, but I’d bet that it is minimal. And too, I’d bet that any doctor who is capable of dealing with cancer is not located in Cuba.
