I was for the Constitution and independence of the Supreme Court before I was against it.

We hope and pray !
I can barely wait to read Scalia's opinion, provided he adds his.
The five Catholic, male Justices have to come through on the side of our Constitution.
Lord, hear our prayer.

a ‘lecturer’ on the Constitution should’ve remembered that there are three branches of American government for a reason. It’s not just The Oval against a ‘do-nothing’ Congress (which he continues to play shell games with), it’s not just him and his double-speak to appease his supporters (who he also continues to play shell games with), but lookie-see, it’s the ‘do-something’ Supremes and federal judges, who have been sitting back and watching it all from afar - as they are sworn to do. Looks like the Judicials are about to pull the reins. This should be fun. or not.

Onyx, Obamacare is history. If you listened to the questions of the conservative judges they were against it. The Solicitor General had a very difficult time defending this.

You can tell less from the questions - then you can from Obama’s response re the vote on Friday.
He immediately went full scale war. He lost. He would never have done thta if he won the vote.
To: U-238
The comment about fundamentally changing the relationship between the government and the people was telling; I hope it is an omen.
To: Eldon Tyrell
I disagree. I could tell which way they were leaning. The Broccoli question(that is what I call it) by Scalia was very telling. The way Obama has lashed back is very telling that he is concerned that his bill is going down in flames
