a ‘lecturer’ on the Constitution should’ve remembered that there are three branches of American government for a reason. It’s not just The Oval against a ‘do-nothing’ Congress (which he continues to play shell games with), it’s not just him and his double-speak to appease his supporters (who he also continues to play shell games with), but lookie-see, it’s the ‘do-something’ Supremes and federal judges, who have been sitting back and watching it all from afar - as they are sworn to do. Looks like the Judicials are about to pull the reins. This should be fun. or not.

-——a ‘lecturer’ on the Constitution———

I have not seen his lectures.

Perhaps he told the students about the backwardness and inapplicability of old strictures to a modern progressive and utopian society. Perhaps he lectured that the federal government should be freed from the restraints and being bogged down by the states.

Perhaps the recent anti congress and anti court speeches are lifted directly from his earlier lectures

A Lecturer is a low paid, non tenure track teacher, hired by colleges to teach classes that full-time tenure track faculty are unavailable to cover. They can be on year-to-year or multi-year contracts, but for whatever reasons, the colleges have chosen not to offer them regular tenure-track status.
