Sorry about that! lol. I checked the scales earlier today, and I’m down 10 pounds with my diet. That called for a reward, so I’m sitting here with a small bowl of ice cream as we speak.

Good for you!
Lost 15 and quit smoking about a year ago, managed to keep it off.
Fixing to try for another 15 this year and then I'll be happy, my aggravating doctor will be happy too.
