Oh, I am sure that our side is much more determined to prevent another 2008 McCain sleep fest. You can bet that we will come out swinging and countering every bit or propaganda Obama can sling.

Don't forget, Obama has created an unbelievably rich target environment for us to shoot at. Even better, we are much better financed this time around. McCain ran his campaign like a pauper and had no financial ability or executive experience what so ever. That is why we lost in ‘08. McCain also sat on his hands and played dumb.

I don't believe that Romney and the RNC will ever attack Obama as fiercely as they attacked Newt or Santorum. The attack on Newt in Florida was over the top and I don't believe Romney will come close to that when the general election rolls around. He'll be wary of making the moderat middle mad.

Is it the weed that makes you think this way?

Only if our side stops Romney and puts a real conservative at the helm.

Otherwise ...... bug, meet windshield.

I agree. If he had run a very good campaign instead of an abortion, McCain might have won in 2008. He was ahead at several points, but his treasonous staff and his own stupidity betrayed him time and again. He lost the election when he "suspended" his campaign and looked like a senile idiot.

Romney is no great conservative, to be sure; but he will be a far stronger a candidate than McCain ever was.

Two factors that are under estimated: One, the Mormon Church is about as rich as the Catholic church, and that is about as wealthy as it gets. Money will not be a limiting factor despite Obama's foreign billion dollars.

Two, if he unleashes his SuperPac from Hell to do to Obama what they did to Newt, we will all need a fallout shelter before it's over.

Yeah, I'm voting for whomever runs against the Usurper, including Romney. Those who claim they can see no difference between Romney and Obama are willfully blind, out of juvenile ignorance. "There are none so blind as those who will not see."
