It appears that the person killed in this incident may have been of Asian ancestry. Could this be considered a “hate crime?”
According to the liberal progressive moonbeam pecking order of protected groups in California, it is indeed, a hate crime.
Only if Bucchere was Black or Hispanic would it be impossible for him to commit a hate crime against an Asian.
