How come I can fairly clear hear Zimmerman exit his truck INTO THE COLD RAINY WEATHER and then hear him say “sss F__kin’ cold”? Does this make too much sense for it to be a fact?
Obama and his democrat party ordered their media operatives to lynch Mr. Zimmerman and create racial discord. The attempted lynching took the form of gross faking of the evidence and extreme journalistic malpractice.
I think that the reason ABC, NBC, and the Sun-Sentinal (among many other operatives) are creating fake evidence, in that Obama support is surprisingly weak among blacks.
No one has suffered more in Obama’s Great Recession than the blacks: 50% youth unemployment, horrific democrat party big city Teachers Union education, etc.
Hence the need for a diversion.

It's got some of both. The last two paragraphs pertain to an expert who says Tom Owen's "the screaming isn't Zimmerman" conclusion is flawed. He uses language that is more harsh than mine.

The article says that no voice analysis technique is accurate under these circumstances. That may not help Zimmerman’s case but it is equally damaging to the Orlando Sentinel’s experts who claim the screams were from Martin.
Wayman also said he would be willing to testify against the admissibility of Owen’s findings on the grounds that they don’t meet the criteria required for evidence in federal courts.
“There is no history of, or data on, the comparison of a questioned scream to a known speech sample,” Wayman said.
The problem, he said, is that the two voice samples were recorded in difficult acoustic conditions over different cell phones.
“Even if we were to have Mr. Zimmerman recreate the scream under identical conditions with the same cell phone,” Wayman explained, “it would be difficult to attribute the scream to him without a sample of a similar scream from Mr. Martin under the same conditions. This is clearly not possible.”

Um.....no offense, but did YOU actually read the article?
While not pro-Zimmerman, it most certainly is NOT anti-Zimmerman. It is decidedly neutral, and throws the Slantinel's voice recognition stance in doubt.

I was flying on Monday morning, and I saw one of the “experts” that the Sentinel had worked with being interviewed on CNN. He kept talking about the image he had formed in “his mind’s eye” of the facts of the case and how that had informed his opinion that it was not Zimmerman screaming. In other words - he went in with a pre-determined notion that it was Trayvon and then he concluded that it was Trayvon. Big surprise. The CNN info-chick didn’t even question him on it.
Yeah, I sure as hell read it, and it clearly states that their conclusion (for what THAT’S worth, mind you) was that there was only about a 48% chance that the screams heard on the 911 tape were Zimmerman’s....and it goes on to point out the obvious: how that casts serious doubt on Zimmerman’s self-defense claims.
Now.....what did YOU two glean from the same article? Forget the “oh well we can’t be sure due to .......” nonsense they always throw in after the grenade pin has been pulled. Tell me exactly what you took away from this piece.

Particularly when you've got two independent eyewitnesses who say it was Zimmerman. Reminds me of an old "Herman" cartoon: a guy is in the doctor's office with a knife stuck squarely in the middle of his back. The doctor holds up an X-ray and says, "according to this it's in your left ear."

This amazing proposition is compelling evidence that Owen, a self-declared "forensic expert," as I implied on another thread, is really a mere huckster and a hired gun.
While he says there is "only" a 48% chance that the screams are Zimmerman, based on no acceptible data, "scientific certainty" that they are not Z means only 51%, also based on no acceptible data.
So Zimmerman is on his back getting his ass kicked by Martin who is on top dishing out the beating and we’re supposed to believe Matin is yealling for help? WTH? Did Martin yell out to get someone to help him with the beatdown?
