So i’m watching this video of some guy driving down his street in Victorville, CA.
He pull up to a house and says it’s his.
He recieved a mortgage for $330,000 3 years ago and bought it.
The he shows the EXACT same house across the street that sold for $32,000 last week.
Same with every other house in the neighborhood, half of them empty.

I hope the dummasss who paid tenfold didn't buy it as an investment. A house is a place to live in. Both the dems and the GOP were complicit in this whole American Dream nonsense. The government needs to keep it's nose out of the market completely, that's the only correct Conservative - well forget politics - that's the only correct economic solution for how to run a market (i.e. don't even try).
Where did you say these 32K houses are? I might buy them and rent them out. But that's how I am, always buying when the blood is running in the street.
