The Howey/DePauw Indiana Battleground Poll shows Mr. Lugar with a 42%-35% lead over state treasurer Richard Mourdock, while among Republican voters, the two candidates are split at 38% each. Indiana has an open primary system, meaning non-Republicans can vote in the May 8 GOP primary.
While Mr. Lugar is leading, the 42% figure is relatively low for a longtime incumbent, and the high proportion of undecided voters23%may be bad news for Mr. Lugar, given how well-known he is.

Sweet!
Why do they (or any stae) have open primaries?
The republican party in most states is just a joke.
Grass roots conservatvies in Indiana need to make this their prime goal for the Spring. Do you have a front yard? Then put a Mourdock campaign sign in it.
I will be pleased to donate to Mourdock as soon as I know where to send it. Anything that gets rid of that little RINO weasel, Lugar, has to be worth supporting. Next? How about Hatch, another RINO puke.
We didn’t used to have open primaries! Did I miss a memo?
Send Lugar to the UN....the love of his life.
The U.S. Senate is where old RINOs go to die. There are several more who need to be taken out in their primaries.

Go home, Lugar.
Haven’t you made enough money?
He was an obama ally from day one. Tie him to the commie.
Indiana ping
Thanks.
Thanks. Mourdock is now on my donations list.
