A boss who just ups and fires an employee on the otherwise unsubstantiated word of a disgruntled customer probably isn't on top of his game.

It's still wise to find out the truth of the situation ~ then you can call the cops on the customer, or I suppose lay off the employee, although someone you've had around 9 years probably is due a little consideration anyway.

Agree but who is to say he did or didn’t give said employee such multiple chances.... Good point yet.....:o)
