Quite frankly, I think it means she is MORE likely to charge him.

Exactly. The prosecutor doesn’t want the cross hairs. If she wasn’t going to charge, she’d punt to the grand jury to absolve herself of the responsibility.

She realizes she’s SAFE if she charges. The mob won’t attack her.

So, bet on charges pending.

Of course that’s what it means, and it doesn’t matter if there is little to no evidence to convict, there will be a conviction because of the fear and pressure the jury will be under to do so. This woman knows it too.

I don't think it means anything more than she sees this case as being within the spectrum of "usual business" for her office. The evidence is what will drive her decision to charge or not, same as usual. What's unusual in this case is her take on the adequacy of the Sanford PD investigation. That sort of inquiry is not part of the usual business.

Wishful thinking on your part? See...

As a former Prosecutor, I have gone on record (to the consternation of some here) that I believe Zimmerman should be arrested and charged with manslaughter,...

I agree. I hope we're wrong, but unfortunately I agree.

I agree.

If she didn't think Zimmerman should be prosecuted, it would be better for the 'system' to make that decision. There's going to be a public reaction if Zimmerman is not prosecuted, no matter the circumstances. However, if she makes the decision on her own, rather than using the Grand Jury process, charges of 'cover-up' will be louder, and the chances of riots, injuries, and property damage will be greater. I don't see her taking that risk.

Second, if the evidence is anything like we've been led to believe, State Attorney Angela Corey could have presented it in such a way as to virtually assure that Zimmerman would not be indicted, wouldn't you agree?

Third, if she were concerned about her own political future, she could have left this in the hands of the grand jury. She's not going to make political points by deciding personally not to prosecute him, but she can do so by prosecuting him on some charges.

Finally, my very limited personal experience is that is that when the State Attorney/DA takes the reins personally, it's to go on a personal crusade, not to take a stand that's likely a personal Pyhrric Victory for her career.
