President Obama has sent $500 million to the Internal Revenue Service, despite congressional objection, to help implement "tax breaks" in Obamacare, according to his spokesman.

"My understanding is that this is about enabling the IRS to provide the, essentially the tax breaks to small businesses and individuals to assist them in acquiring health insurance -- or in the case of small businesses providing health insurance," White House Press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters today. The IRS is tasked with enforcing the individual mandate in Obamacare.

I’m not doubting you, Toby, but do you have a source for that?

Why would signing up for a doctor today result in medical records going to the IRS?

Not a written source but from an IRS agent named Jenny. About a month ago the IRS flagged me for questionable health expenses which I was able to prove but in the process I asked Jenny why I got selected out of millions getting the EITC fraudulently? Jenny told me it was the brand new software designed to match expenditures to insurance policies. I then called my insurance company BCBS of Texas and they verified that the IRS, under Obamacare, can retrieve insurance records of payments and their payouts but they are not giving personal health records, yet.

Also, I contacted my congressman who verified that Obamacare allows for that because despite it being under appeal, it is right now law.

I do not trust the government..When my DH has gone to his doctors they have now taken his picture, and asked questions and tell us it is all new software etc...I don’t trust anything or any doctor’s office that ask if we wear seat belts and do we have fire arms and I have gone in to see about intake forms that have those questions on them.
