I certainly have a hard time seeing where offering ten grand for the murder or kidnaping of an individual who has not yet been charged with a crime can be seen to fit behind First Amendment protections. I guess that if I go out asking around for a hit man to kill you, it’s protected speech as long as you are White, Asian or Hispanic?

Eric Holder is probably withholding judgement against the NBP, until George Zimmerman gets killed. Then he may somewhat condemn the NBP for not working quietly through a government black op.
