whose fault is black crime in Africa, the Caribbean, Brasil, Colombian north coast, Canada, and Europe
nowhere in the world outside Bermuda does black “culture” function well...don’t try Botswana even...crime there is rampant...people live behind walls like Kingston
even in places never tainted by social programs and victimhood or colonization..it’s still violent and tribal and little family structure ..at least not in ways like we would have considered normal
i have lived in majority black environs worldwide most of my 54 years...it is a constant in them all
no question that prior to 1960s back to a time most folks lament as discriminiatory that blacks as a whole were more functional and noble but they still had crime and illegitimacy 20 times that of whites
in 1960 white illegitimacy was less than 1 percent
black was around 20
and crime was always worse in black areas but unlike today it was still fairly safe...in fact inviting in many ways..i sure never encountered black hostility till NYC in 19
what has changed more than any thing is black attitudes towards whites and whites refusal to admit the obvious nor have a clue what to do about it
btw...we can have a similar but slightly less inclusive observation about Amerindian Latinos as a well...same inability to catch up
and at the same time white trash is falling as fast as possible in the bad direction too merging in essence with lower black culture...a future City of God scenario but here in America
The Bahamas are pretty safe and civilized.....
In our "advanced" country, there had to be a conscious, proactive misguided HUGE effort to revert to that state.
