The second pistol found was a High Standard Sentinel 9-shot .22 LR revolver with altered serial number. (10 years in Club Fed for a defaced serial number or markings.)
The third was a sawed-off Ruger Mini-14 .223 rifle. (10 years in Club Fed for a sawed-off barreled rifle with over all length of less than 26 inches.)
I don't know if the Feds have a “3 Strikes Law”, but Nakwon may have qualified for a life sentence without parole as a habitual criminal.
Based on the picture here, it’s a Browning BDM, not a Hi-Power.
I love the Ruger with the pistol grip and huge scope, LOL.
Thanks for clarifying what the (useful idiot) “reporter” really missed by a country mile.
Where do they get people like the “reporter” who wrote this.
The auto was a Browning BDM, a badly recieved DA auto from the 80’s. The High Power, on the other hand, is a fine weapon.
