I didn’t participate in name calling and “slamming”. I said to do research on your chosen candidate so you would know everything about him. Unfortunately few took the hint.

At one point I was told by Mods to back off because I found something that JR did not want discussed on FR. I did so and will continue to not discuss it.

At this point in time I anticipate other conservatives will join Newt; Palin, Cain, Perry, already have and maybe eventually Santorum, since it is obvious that Romney will not offer him the VP slot. Our goal should be to deny Romney the candidacy of the Republican Party.

I believe Romney is a fascist, and the Republican Party is opposed to national socialism, period.

The trashing went both ways. I was told I wasn’t a “Christian” because I was voting for Newt.
There were lots of this kind of trashing on both sides.

Now the question is are ya going to vote for Romney? Or are ya going to vote for the only conservative left on the ballot?

You see, I wasn’t happy with Santorum’s people on this site because of the comments made to me but I was going to vote for him if he ended up being the candidate. (anyone but Romney)

So now, it is Santorum’s people that gets to make this decision.

Like Rick, Like Newt... I hoped for Newt and when Rick was surging I hoped for him as well - anyone to beat Mitt was good by me. Facts are Rick was trashed and slammed by the Romney machine. Nothing said on FR about Rick did an ounce of damage to him. He suspended his campaign because of the overwhelming Romney machine. Newt is staying in for the long run. Good for him. I pray he prevails.

God bless Rick Santorum and his family for bringing the fight to the Romney machine. Prayers for the Newt campaign in the coming primaries.
