And he will be charged. It has become political. He will do time for violation of civil rights, which will remain undefined.

He will be charged by the Feds. But not by the State of Florida which will hold fast to the rule of law even though it may bring down pandemonium in retaliation. The law is well capable of dealing with THAT as well.

But it won't. See, most prosecutors want to be judges. To be appointed as a judge, you have to play nice with the politicians. Following the rule of law, even when it is not expedient to do so, will not make them happy. The prosecutor is under intense pressure to arrest Zimmerman, and if they have hope of any political future they will.

Sorry, I have to many friends and family who have been inside the justice system as lawyers and cops to have much hope for that.
