Yes, hoosiermama. I have followed it closely. I said in a previous post...a few posts ago...that the editing by NBC is one sticking point as far as a lawsuit would go. I am not sure they doctored the tape showing his head. ..they must be going to arrest him though. If not, they would announce that now. They would not make him wait three days.

Not necessarily: A legal beagle on the other night said that first they would sit down with the lawyers and give them the information (under gag order). Then they would prepare the local authorities so any police protection could be in place.

Fox is saying that the attorneys have never talked to Z face to face: Possibly because of the threats.

Behavior is highly unusual......Ya think?
