Jon Lovitz may have been a comedian since he was 15, but for him, a prank involving maple syrup was no laughing matter.
Lovitz took to his Twitter account to decry swastikas and “Jew” written in maple syrup on the front walkway of a childhood friend’s home in Northridge. Three girls, who admitted to what the Los Angeles Police called an ill-advised prank, have been permanently expelled from their school, Nobel Middle School, Lovitz tweeted Tuesday.
The prank, which also included feces left on the family’s doorstep and toilet paper on the property’s trees, was discovered April 3. The family did not want to be identified.

Maybe I'm wrong but I'm guessing that the child victims were female and a lot of this has to do with the spiteful acts that "queen bee" girls inflict on other girls. So anti-semitism was just part of it. Am I far off?

Fact is that drizzling "Jew" in front of a business is no more bad than drizzling the name of any other religion.

What exactly is your motive here? Pretty plain to see for everyone actually and you need to do some serious repenting.
When my son was in junior high in California(98-01)he was required to be ‘Muslim’ for a day. This assignment was not put into a memo to the parents. I didn’t know about it until he mentioned it when he was in college. Do California kids now have to be ‘Muslim’ for a week? Or were you being facetious? (I didn’t see any mention of it in the text of the article)

And anyone who cannot sincerely grasp why swastikas and “jew” written on private property of the son of a death camp survivor is disgusting, is either too dense to argue with,, or tacitly approves of the behavior.

LA county schools had be a Muslim for a week as part of the required curriculum, complete with bowing to Mecca, and prayers. Search LA times archives. Roy Romer former governor of CO was superintendent at the time.
Most likely, the bully girls knew the Jewish child from school. For the bullying to get as far as it did at the Jewish home, it was probably already extreme at the school.
