I clicked on your link and the number still registers at 353,226 views. Then I went through youtube on my own, without using your link, and number of views still registers at 353,226. Why is that number not changing? Did Youtube shut off the view “clicker” so the real number doesn’t register?

Just a guess but maybe the view counts are distributed over several servers and aren’t merged immediately for performance reasons.

Do you remember that YouTube from I believe two Christmas seasons prior? It was a “flash mob” in a mall, they sang Handel’s Messiah. You could refresh your page and the numbers would INSTANTLY climb.
