Excellant advice,
a 12 gague is a perfect home protection gun.
A .22 is cheap to fire and good for lots of shooting practise.
And I personally really, really, really like my M-1 Garand.
Some give the lame argument that the Garand only holds 8 rounds. With practice, you can be reloaded in under 3 seconds.
