Wow, a prosecutor who doesn’t mind losing. Rare.

Put Marcia Clark in as the prosecutor and let the circus begin!! She succumbed to pressure for sure, she was probably told the town would riot unless he was charged. Our country is being taken over by hoodlums, and its leader is running the White House

Unless they have evidence that we don’t have (like an entry wound in Martin’s back or something), the only prosecution strategy I could see is trying to invalidate Zimmerman’s account. Since there does not seem to be any witnesses that contradict his account, how exactly are they going to do that?

The special prosecutor is a gutless coward. She has only been reviewing the case two weeks, never even tried to interview Zimmerman and has a very questionable case with little in the way of forensic evidence or eyewitness testimony This is one of those cases where the politics of the issue takes precedence over the lack of evidence or the potential outcome of the case. She would rather lose than take the heat of a dispassionate review of the evidence. That is why she chose not to put the case in front of the grand jury for fear of a no bill.
