Jury instructions don’t mean a thing if the jury is already politicized by the media, which they already are. I don’t think that you could find 12 people in the whole country who have not heard that Trayvon Martin was a young black boy that looked like he could have been Obama’s son.
I have more understanding of same than you know. There is nothing wrong with the jury knowing Trayvon was a young man. Zimmerman’s atty has said everyone is aware of the tragedy and the fact someone lost a son. He knows what he is doing. You do not demonize Trayvon. That would be a huge mistake. And the atty is sincere. That was not calculated.
