Zimmerman family challenges Holder on New Black Panthers, says no arrests 'based solely on your race' Published: 7:02 PM 04/09/2012 [...] Most recently, the New Black Panther Party has called for violence.
In a conference call recorded over the weekend, the militant group said it planned to “suit up and boot up” and prepare for the next stages of the “race war.”
So far, however, no members of the New Black Panther Party have faced legal consequences.
After citing the U.S. Department of Justice’s published definition of a “hate crime,” the Zimmerman family member wrote that there is “no other explanation” for Holder’s failure to authorize arrests of New Black Panther Party members, other than the fact that Holder himself is black.

From now on, if I am ever called to jury duty again, if it is a black on white crime I will vote GUILTY no matter the evidence, and if it is a white on black crime, I will vote NOT GUILTY no matter the evidence.
I did not make a mockery of the “justice” system, the blacks have. I am now playing by their rules.

We have seen this with Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder’s dismissal of charges of voter intimidation against the New Black Panthers in video documented evidence in Philadelphia during the Presidential election. Of course, they have refused to release any evidence or explanation of why there was such a dismissal even though the defendants were ready to plead guilty.
The Dept. of Justice under this same racist Eric Holder has been “instructed” not to pursue cases of racism if perpetrated by blacks on whites. However, they are to aggressively pursue cases if it whites were the alleged perpetrators. Insiders have revealed this to be the “culture of justice” of our own Justice Dept.
No more than the blacks apparently do. God has apparently abandoned this country.
Travon is one of thousands of murders. Obama and holder are using it to gin up unrest. It didn’t quite work out with the occupyers so they’ve moved on to plan B. This is what community organizers do. They both have proven that they are cut from the same cloth as sharpton. Poor Brian Terry will get no justice until the black racists are out of power. Somehow I don’t think the white folks who voted for him in ‘08 will be voting for him this time around.
