The only other options are violent rebellion, a third party candidate or impeachment of the whole administration. All seem unlikely to succeed and the first will likely plunge us into open fascism.

We can not afford a second Obama term and helping Romney win might be the only way to stop that. Obama makes Clinton and Carter look like patriots.

If no third party candidates get close, I say let the Rino win or we seriously might not make it to the next election. I'm all ears but see no other options, Jim...

When we lose permanently is when we cave in to the demands of the other side and surrender by giving them a candidate almost as liberal as they are. That’s called giving up.

A successful Romney either means 8 years or more of a new liberalized GOP, or it means 4 years of a crummy, uninspiring presidency after which Obama or another liberal Democrat comes back in 2016 and wins a resounding victory with full power to implement the most liberal agenda possible.

If Obama wins, we could possibly keep gridlocking him like we have since 2010 and minimize the damage he does. One good thing about his sycophantic supporters, they’re too shallow in their thinking to show up to vote for mid-terms. And once Obama’s gone, chances are they won’t find another Democrat who hypnotizes them the way he did.

Bottom line is Romney is SUCH a bad candidate that chances are he will not win. Therefore it would be throwing your time and money down the crapper to try to support him. All our effort should go into stopping him from getting the nomination by backing Newt, and if he does get it, then to backing conservative Congressional candidates.
