The delegates are committed to the state primary winner unless the overall winner is decided before the convention.
So basically you're admitting that you're nothing more than one more in the long list of "it's already determined who the winner will be" posters who will stoop to using psychological manipulations to convince others to believe certain things are a certain way?

When you said Psyops, you weren’t kidding. I’ve studied propaganda techniques since the late 90s and these posters are bringing out some good ones.

Yes, the winner of the majority of Florida votes gets to choose who he wants as delegates. That’s pretty consistent throughout America. It’s purely symbolic, but we managed to get some Gingrich supporters slated as delegates thanks to a loophole. Mind you, if it ever went to court, Romney could argue that he should be able to slate his own delegates since he got majority vote.
